October 22, 2006DBT Online Introductory Class List for Borderlines With No Previous DBT Experience
This group is for those diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder who are new to DBT and want
to learn more. This list will operate as an introduction to the DBT SKILLS (developed by Marsha Linehan)
and upon gaining familarity with the information and practice of these skills members will then be moved
to our online DBT skills class to work through the modules and do the required homework.

DBT Online Class List for Borderlines
This group is a peer-led online DBT SKILLS class for Borderlines only. We will be
sending out the homework sheets of the founder of DBT, Dr. Marsha Linehan and providing guidance,
support, and feedback for group members about their practice of the DBT skills in
their own lives. This list is limited to the teaching and discussion of DBT Skills
and does not permit any off-topic, social type posting.

September 8, 2006 - DBT SKILLS Online Class For Non-Borderlines
This group is a peer-led online DBT SKILLS class for Non-Borderlines Only.
This list encourages those who are non-borderline but in some relationship, (family member,
spouse/partner, friend, etc of someone with BPD) to read and learn about DBT Skills as
well as practice the Skills of the founder of DBT, Dr. Marsha Linehan in their own lives.
Non-borderlines can and will (do) benefit from using DBT skills (just as do those with BPD)
to cope with the more challenging aspects of the behavior and thought patterns of someone
who has BPD.

to gain and give support to each other in a way that involves sharing Christian
Fellowship while learning about, practicing the DBT Skills and coping with

January 14, 2006 - This is an interactive list for anyone who has
BPD or loves/cares about or is associated with anyone who has BPD. It is for the purpose of
exploring and better understanding BPD and how to cope with it from all aspects of it and
life. Yes, this list asks borderlines and non-borderlines to interact because both sides of
BPD can really help each other. Respect for fellow listmembers is expected from all members.

This email list (group) is for anyone who either has an mental illness
or knows someone, cares or loves someone who has a mental illness. This
list is for those who want to discuss the challenges that being mentally
ill and/or caring about someone who is can present. It is the hope of this
list that list members will be open to sharing their experiences and to
helping the list owner compile some statistics via polls and so forth
to help in the education of the general public (via this web site and
articles, ebooks) about mental illness in the hopes of debunking the
endless stereotypes and prejudices born out of ignorance that run rampant

BPDT
List for Teenagers With BPD This
list is for those between the ages of 12-20 who have either been
diagnosed with BPD or suspect that they may have BPD. It is also for
those whose doctors may suspect this and not yet be willing to make
a diagnosis due to age. There is also credence to the reality that
the turbulent change experienced in adolescence mirrors some
Borderline experience.

Borderline Recovery
Borderline Recovery List is a list is for those who are quite
a ways down the road upon their journey of recovery from BPD. It is
a list upon which personal responsibility is expected (and posts must
reflect this) and a list for those who are beyond the chaos, whether or
not they are still dealing with some borderline traits. This list is
for the discussion of recovery, its process, experience, and the challenges
that it in and of itself entails. Individuals requesting to subscribe to
this list will be asked to provide brief information about their history
with BPD and recovery.
